      Covid-19 Statement

      Delivery Update Lockdown 3

      Due to the ongoing pandemic, we only have one staff member working at a time. We are doing our best to post daily, but occasionally this is not always possible. We are like many people, juggling home schooling and working, so we would ask for your patience if your items are not posted the day of ordering.

      Royal Mail are experiencing severe delays. These are different in all areas of the country, and depend on where your goods are being shipped from, and where you live.

      We post all our items Royal Mail 48hour, but, at this current time, this does not mean that your items will arrive within 48 hours of posting. Some parcels will, but, if your area has large numbers of postal workers off sick, your parcel may take longer. We have no control over the speed of delivery once your item has left us. We pass your items to Royal Mail in good faith, and in a timely fashion, however, we have no influence over the speed of delivery.

      We would ask that you be patient and allow extra time for delivery. If you have a deadline in mind, it may be worth selecting the 24hour postal service at checkout, and ordering well in advance of your deadline.

      The government is urging online businesses like ours to stay open for business. we want to do everything we can to support you and your family, and would like to assure you that we are following safe working guidelines.

      During these difficult times, we are making some other changes to reduce the risk of the spread of the coronavirus to help protect our staff and our customers.
      • Following advice we are going cashless for the time being in store. Please use contactless when you visit us. 
      • Protecting our staff - All our customer service staff have been provided with the option to work from home. We are looking into how we can continue our customer service levels by providing more online interaction through Facebook and Live Chat.
      • Working at our premises with social distancing – Where we are working still within our premises we are making sure that we try to maintain social distancing at all times.
      • Shop staff hygiene & cleanliness – Our staff are very aware of the importance of this and we have taken additional actions to further increase hygiene and cleanliness along Govt guidelines.
      • We are despatching orders as quickly as possible- we recognise that customers may be keen to get their toys and games as quickly as possible and as such we are looking at ways to despatch all orders just as quickly as we can.  
      • Royal Mail – once your parcel leaves us, our couriers have taken a number of actions to help reduce the spread of the virus.  You can find out more here: Royal Mail
