      PLEASE NOTE :

      We are no longer offering a 24hr delivery or first class service. Deliveries may take longer than anticipated due to the Coronavirus crisis. We rely on Royal Mail who estimate 3-7 working days. We appreciate your patience. We make trips to the post office on Tuesdays and Fridays only, to minimise risk, so parcels may be a little slower getting to you than normal.  

      How we deliver

      We use Royal Mail for most small packages and Parcelforce for larger or bulky deliveries. Our deliveries are usually packed and shipped the same day and should arrive with you within three working days, but may take longer at busy times. If they don’t, please let us know.

      If any items become out of stock we will usually take them off the website and refund your payment.

      However, if there’s been a “rush” and your item becomes out of stock, but we are able to order it in, we will email you with the option to wait, or to cancel your order. We often allow customers to pre order new products before they arrive in the store. We are looking into a pre ordering system for our store.

      All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed via Royal Mail Standard or Tracked First Class or for heavier items we use Parcelforce,  DPD or Hermes couriers. Royal Mail estimates that First Class post takes roughly 1 - 2 working days and Second Class takes 3 - 5 working days but please note, these are guidelines and not guaranteed time-windows. 

      Where's My Order?

      Although we try to despatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 2 working days, we do ask you to allow extra time at busy periods, especially in the run up to christmas.  However, please do let us know if your order is required for a birthday or any other special occasion - enter this in the special requirements box at checkout - we will do everything we can to meet your requirements.

      On receipt of your order we will email you an order acknowledgement (please check your spam box if you don't think you've received it).  Then, upon despatch, we will send you a despatch confirmation email providing more precise details about when your order will arrive, together (as appropriate) with tracking details for your order if chosen.  

      For larger orders we may also send text or messenger messages giving you more details about your delivery (please enter your mobile number as your phone number).

      Depending upon the delivery option you select, we will despatch your order using either a Royal Mail Tracked Service, Royal Mail First Class post, DPD or Hermes or other carrier service. 

      Larger orders will require a signature upon delivery.  If you are likely to be out when your order is due to be delivered, consider providing an alternative delivery address or enter delivery instructions during checkout to suggest a neighbour as a backup.  

      Occasionally parcels dispatched using Royal Mail can take longer than expected.  The time frames given to us by this service are expected delivery times. We are not able to take any action in regards to delayed/missing parcels until it has been 14 days since dispatch.

      UK Express Delivery (Tracked Royal Mail)

      Royal Mail 24. Delivery in 2 to 3 working days. We aim to package and dispatch products received before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same working day, any orders received after 3pm will be processed to be sent out on the next working day. We do not deliver weekends.

      Next Day Delivery (Order by 12 noon)

      Next Day orders are available Monday to Friday only, order before 12 noon as the post office  will not guarantee delivery after 12.15pm. So, for example, a Next Day order placed at 12.00 pm on Thursday should be delivered on Monday.  In the run up to Christmas, because of the volume of orders being processed, Next Day delivery may occasionally take an extra day.

      Any offers relating to delivery e.g Free delivery apply to standard delivery only to mainland UK addresses. Please also be aware of local Bank Holidays as they may delay delivery.

      Remote areas

      Unfortunately an additional charge applies for deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, and remote areas of the UK. Please email sales@wigwamtoys.co.uk  or phone us if you live in one of these locations and we will be happy to work out the delivery cost for you. Delivery to the above locations will take an additional 2 working days. For orders to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man and the Channel Isles please allow an extra day or two.

      Bank Holidays & weekends

      Unfortunately we are unable to deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. 

      Christmas Delivery

      Our cut off time for orders for pre-Christmas delivery is Friday 20th December 2020.

      Tracking your order

      You can track your order through our tracking email if it was sent through Royal Mail tracked or one of our carriers. Our cheaper shipping rates are untracked.

      If you ordered on our website check your order acknowledgement and order despatch emails (these occasionally go into spam/junk boxes so please check). Login into your account and click on "orders" to check the status of your order (if you ordered as a guest this is not possible).

      Gift wrap & message tag

      If you select our gift wrap option your order will be gift wrapped in our unique wrapping paper, Wigwam's very own wrapping paper, illustrated by Mia Underwood!.

      Messages will lovingly hand written by us on matching gift tags. A short message can be included, just check the box where indicated and fill in, when you are in the final stages of completing your order.  There's a little surprise in there too!

      We deliver worldwide

      We are always happy to arrange international shipping if possible. We have an extended family of my little pony fans in Europe who we love to delight. However, the prices are dependent on the country and the size and weight of the package. We have some standard rates.
