Pick up

Please note : Collection days are  Mon - Sat, 9.30am - 5.00pm

As an alternative to having a product shipped, you can use our click and collect pickup service to buy online and collect from our store. Here is an overview of what to do....

1. Place an order and pay online as normal, selecting the “Click & Collect” option when you choose your delivery method.
2. You will be sent an order confirmation via email. 
3. We will email to tell you when it’s ready for pickup
4. Arrive at the shop between 9:30 and 5.00pm Monday to Saturday
5. Pick up your order.
6. That’s it, you're done

Your order will be held and available for 5 days following the date of order. We cannot hold orders longer than this. Once this time expires your order will be cancelled.

If you order a large or heavy item, please ensure you have the means to easily collect the item.

We will do our best to pick orders daily and make them ready for collection as soon as possible. Please bear with us if this isn’t always possible.
