As an alternative to having a product shipped to your home, you can use our local click and collect pickup service to buy a product online and pick it up from our store. Here is an overview of what to do....
- Place an order and pay online through our online store.
- You’ll get the order confirmation emailed to you,Please print out or bring the email with you on your phone
- We will prepare it safely according to Covid19 guidance
- We will tell you when it’s ready for pickup
- See our store hours for days when we are open and call us on 01273 505504 (mobile?) when you arrive.
- Pick up your order.
- That’s it, you're done!
Curbside Pick Up
In the case of curbside pickup, you can drive by our storefront, or the “curb,” to pick up a product—without ever having to leave your car. This will minimize person-to-person interactions without compromising on convenience or flexibility. Please call us on 01273 505504 to arrange curb side pick up.
Pick Up Days
You can pick up your order from 1pm -4.00pm dedicated click & collect time for web orders to be picked up. Customers allocated a 5 min time slot to attend. This would be Mon - Fri only.
We would remain closed on Sundays.

How does Click & Collect work?
Our free Click & Collect service will ensure your order is ready for you at your chosen store the same day, once the order is placed before 3pm. We will hold your Click & Collect order for you at your chosen store for 2 days (from the date of order).
To place a Click & Collect order, select your store and add the items to your basket to complete your transaction. You will receive two emails.
- The first one is to let you know we have received your order.
- The second one is advise you that your order is ready for collection
Orders will be ready for collection the same day during store opening hours, once the order is placed before 3pm. When you are ready to collect, please bring your Ready for Collection email and ID to the store to get your order. This email can be printed or presented on a smartphone or tablet.
Your order will be held and available for 2 days following the date of order. We cannot hold orders longer than this. Once this time expires your order will be cancelled. Before you travel to our Brighton store, please ensure you have the following:
- Your email confirmation from us containing your unique order number and barcode.
- The credit or debit card used to order the item online.
- Photo identification.
If you order a large or heavy item, please ensure you have the means to easily collect the item.
Will I be charged if my Click and Collect order was cancelled?
You should have received an email to confirm your order has been cancelled. There is no further action required by you and you will not be charged. On cancellation of your order, for any reason, the pre-authorisation hold on the card used for the order, will be released. It may take 5-10 working days for this process to be completed, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
